Key safe can be found towards the end of the window panels, access via code provided (please leave key and bolt in the reception desk while you are in the studio)

You can use the sandbag to hold door open (if required)

Turn on all 3 light switches by the front door

Lights for 3x toilets can be found in the individual toilets

Set up your space (within your booking time)

Check powerpoints in studios are off (fans & speakers)

Check bathroom lights x3 are off

Check kitchen light is off

Switch off the TV (button on the right side down the bottom)

Turn off 3 switches by the front door

Make sure to lock key & bolt (the bolt can be tricky):

Key should go into door and do a quarter turn

Insert bolt and squeeze into door

Turn key back (if you are squeezing properly, the key should turn back without needing to force it)

Return key to the safe

How to connect to speakers:

• turn on bluetooth on your device

• switch on Bluetooth dongle on the shelf (may need to be switched on at the powerpoint)

• Bluetooth name: X25 (note that speakers in studio 1 & 2 are both called X25 so please rename the device once you are connected)
